Filmmakers Kirt Markle and Rosebud Pettet filmed Alash during the Make Music New York festival on 21 June 2007. The group performed on the sidewalk outside the Rubin Museum of Art in New York City. Kirt and Rosebud have kindly given permission to use their footage on the website. The clips Oitulaash and Dekei-oo are representative of the performance and contain minimal street noise. Kargyraa shows Bady-Dorzhu Ondar throat singing in the kargyraa style. Byzaanchy, Double Doshpuluur, and Igil illustrate the musicians playing those instruments.
